Processing and dispatch
After payment confirmation, allow 1–5 business days for preparation. Most orders leave within 2 business days; promotions and public holidays can extend preparation to 7 business days. We do not process, dispatch or deliver orders on weekends or public holidays. Orders received after 12:00 PM PST enter processing the following business day.
Fulfilment locations
The Mahj Ritual uses a fulfilment partner in California, United States, and an overseas warehouse in Asia. Available stock determines which warehouse handles your order automatically; checkout does not offer a warehouse choice.
Delivery estimates
Transit estimates start on dispatch, rather than on the order date.
- United States, US dispatch: 3–10 business days in transit, approximately 5–15 business days overall from ordering.
- United States, overseas dispatch: 10–20 business days in transit, approximately 12–25 business days overall from ordering.
These delivery windows reflect delivery experience but are estimates, not guarantees. Peak periods, carrier disruption and customs inspections can cause delays. Overnight, express and guaranteed next-day delivery are not offered.
If delivery has not occurred within 30 business days after dispatch, you may choose a free replacement shipment or a full refund.
Shipping choices
- Free Shipping: $0. The delivery estimates above apply.
- Skip the Line — Priority Processing: $6.99. Your order receives queue priority and is dispatched within 1 business day when stock permits. This fee accelerates preparation only; it does not shorten carrier transit time.
Tracking
A dispatch email provides your tracking number. For overseas shipments, an international carrier may transfer your parcel to a domestic carrier such as USPS. A new tracking number can be issued for this final delivery stage; both numbers identify the same shipment, and the tracking link updates at handover. A changed number does not itself indicate a lost parcel.
Allow 3–7 days after dispatch for initial tracking activity. Updates may be intermittent during international transport or customs clearance.
Delayed or missing deliveries
Email thaoxuannguyen1988@gmail.com with your order number. We respond within 1 business day. For an order beyond the delivery window, we can trace the shipment, resend it without charge or refund it in full, according to your preference. The 30-business-day resolution promise above also applies.
Please let us help directly before opening a bank dispute. Bank investigations can add several weeks, and we cannot arrange another shipment while a dispute remains open.
Cancellations and address corrections
Request cancellation or an address correction by email within 12 hours of ordering. Later requests may be too late because warehouse preparation has started. A shipment returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address may incur another shipping charge; we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please verify your address at checkout. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details you provide.
Delivery confirmation and damage
Carriers record delivery scans and may retain a delivery photograph and GPS location. After confirmed delivery to the address supplied at checkout, The Mahj Ritual is not responsible for subsequent theft or movement of the parcel. If tracking says delivered but you cannot locate it, notify us within 7 days so we can request a carrier investigation.
Report shipping damage within 7 days after delivery, including photos or video of the item and packaging. We provide a replacement or refund without charging you. See our Refund policy for faulty or incorrect items and other returns.
US delivery only
The Mahj Ritual sells and ships only to customers with delivery addresses in the United States. We do not accept orders for delivery outside the United States.
