Using The Mahj Ritual

The Mahj Ritual is a trading name of TIGICO LLC. References to we, us and our mean The Mahj Ritual. These terms cover our website, content, tools and shopping services, together with the policies linked from this website. They apply to visitors, buyers, sellers and anyone contributing content.

Using the website or placing an order signifies acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, do not access the site or services. Where these terms constitute an offer, acceptance is limited to these conditions. Additional features and tools are covered by the same agreement. Shopify Inc. supplies the ecommerce platform used to operate our store.

1. Eligibility and lawful use

You must be of legal adult age where you live, or an adult authorizing your minor dependants to use the site. Products and services must not be used unlawfully or without authorization. Do not infringe applicable laws, including copyright law, or introduce viruses, worms or destructive code. Breaching these requirements may immediately end your access.

2. General service conditions

We may decline service to any person at any time for any reason. Content other than credit-card information may pass unencrypted through different networks and undergo technical adaptation; credit-card information is encrypted during network transfer. Without our express written approval, you must not commercially copy, duplicate, resell or exploit the service, any portion of it or access to it. Headings help navigation and do not change the agreement's meaning.

3. Website information

Website information may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. General information should not be your sole basis for decisions without checking more complete, current or authoritative sources; reliance is at your own risk. Historical material is provided for reference. We may change site content, but have no obligation to update it except where the law requires. You are responsible for monitoring changes.

4. Changes in availability and prices

Prices can change without advance notice. We may alter, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service or its content without notice, and do not accept liability to you or third parties for such changes, suspensions, discontinuations or price revisions.

5. Products and availability

The Mahj Ritual sells and ships only within the United States. Orders must have a delivery address in the United States; we do not accept orders for delivery to other countries.

Some products or services are offered only online and in limited quantities. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund policy. We aim to show product images and colors accurately, but cannot guarantee the appearance on your screen.

We may restrict sales by customer, location or jurisdiction, limit quantities, change descriptions or pricing, or discontinue a product, individually and at our discretion. Offers have no effect where prohibited. We do not guarantee that products, services or information will satisfy every expectation or that every service error will be corrected.

6. Orders, billing and accounts

We may decline an order or limit or cancel quantities by individual, household or order, including linked accounts, payment cards and billing or shipping addresses. We may restrict orders that appear intended for dealers, distributors or resellers. When an order changes or is cancelled, we may attempt to notify you using the contact details provided. Keep purchase, account, email and payment details complete, accurate and current so we can process transactions and contact you.

Verification: before dispatch, we may request verification, especially for different billing and shipping addresses, unusually large orders or payment-provider alerts. If verification fails or you do not respond within 48 hours, we may cancel and fully refund the order.

Contract formation: an order confirmation email confirms receipt only. Acceptance and the sales contract occur when the order is dispatched.

7. Optional third-party tools

Third-party tools may be available without our control, monitoring or input. Access is supplied as available, without endorsement, warranties or conditions. We accept no liability arising from these optional tools. Use them at your own discretion and risk after reviewing the provider's terms. Future tools and features are also governed by these terms.

8. External websites and materials

Our services may contain third-party materials or links to unrelated websites. We do not undertake to check their content or accuracy, endorse them or assume responsibility for them. Transactions with those parties and resulting harm are not our responsibility. Check their terms and practices before transacting and direct product complaints or questions to the relevant provider.

9. Feedback and contributions

By sending requested or unsolicited comments, proposals, ideas or other submissions through any channel, you allow us to edit, reproduce, publish, translate, distribute and otherwise use them in any medium without restriction. We need not keep submissions confidential, compensate you or reply.

We may, but are not required to, review or remove contributions that are unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, pornographic or otherwise objectionable, or that infringe rights or these terms. Your contributions must respect intellectual-property, privacy and other personal or proprietary rights and must not contain unlawful or abusive material or harmful code. Do not use false contact details, impersonate others or misrepresent the origin of a submission. You are responsible for your comments and their accuracy; we accept no responsibility for comments posted by you or third parties.

The Privacy policy governs personal information submitted through the store.

11. Corrections and omissions

Descriptions, offers, availability, prices, shipping charges and delivery estimates may contain errors or omissions. We may correct information, revise it or cancel orders affected by inaccurate information at any time, including after submission, without prior notice. Unless legally required, we need not clarify or update every item of information. A particular revision date does not mean that all website information has been refreshed.

12. Unacceptable activity

Do not use the site to commit or encourage unlawful acts; violate regulations; infringe intellectual property; harass, threaten, abuse, defame or discriminate against others; submit misleading information; distribute malicious software; collect or track others' personal data; spam, phish, scrape or use similar deceptive or automated activities; distribute obscene or immoral content; or bypass or disrupt security. These restrictions extend to related websites and networks. Violations may result in termination of access.

13. Warranties and responsibility

We do not promise uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free service, or accurate or reliable results. We may suspend service for an indefinite period or discontinue it without notice. Use of the service, and inability to use it, is at your risk. Except for our express commitments, products and services are supplied as available, without express or implied warranties or conditions, including merchantability, quality, fitness for purpose, durability, title or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Mahj Ritual and its directors, staff, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers and licensors are not liable for injury, claims, losses or direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damage arising from services, purchased products, content errors or use of content. This includes lost profits, revenue, savings, data and replacement costs, under contract, negligence, strict liability or other grounds, even if the possibility was disclosed. Where the law does not allow an exclusion or limitation, liability is limited only to the extent permitted by that law.

14. Third-party claims

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless The Mahj Ritual and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, officers, directors, personnel, agents, contractors, suppliers, licensors and service providers against third-party claims and reasonable legal fees arising from your breach of these terms or incorporated policies, or violation of law or another party's rights.

15. If a provision is invalid

An unlawful, void or unenforceable provision will operate to the extent the law permits. Its unenforceable part is separated from the agreement without invalidating the remaining provisions.

16. Ending the agreement

These terms continue until ended by you or us. You may end them by notifying us that you no longer want the services or by stopping use of the site. Suspected or actual noncompliance may lead us to terminate the agreement or deny access without notice. Amounts owed through termination remain payable, and obligations and liabilities already incurred survive termination.

17. Complete agreement

These terms, incorporated policies and posted operating rules form the complete agreement governing the service and replace earlier oral or written agreements, proposals and communications. Not enforcing a right does not waive it. An ambiguity is not to be interpreted against a party merely because it drafted the terms.

18. Applicable law and courts

Florida, United States law governs these terms and separate service agreements, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Proceedings arising under these terms must be brought exclusively in courts located in Florida, USA.

19. Revisions

The current version is available on this page. We may revise or replace provisions at our discretion by posting changes on the website. Check this page periodically. Continued access or use after a change is posted signifies acceptance.
